Kids eat free in Williamson County, by day of the week
Short answer
Pita Way in Cool Springs, Spring Hill and Nolensville lets kids 12 and under eat free every day, up to two kids meals per adult entree, dine-in. Other nights: Outback in Brentwood on Mondays, Mellow Mushroom on Main Street in Franklin on Tuesdays through October 27, Grecian in Spring Hill and Uncle Lenny's in Fairview on Wednesdays, Ground in Franklin on Saturdays, and CoreLife Eatery in Cool Springs on Sundays. Most require an adult entree and dining in.
Eating out with a toddler is a gamble on a good day, so a free kids meal helps. These are the kids eat free deals I found at Williamson County restaurants this fall, each one posted on the restaurant's site or its social accounts.
Most of these work the same way: a free kids meal with an adult entree or a set amount spent, usually dine-in only.
Every day
Pita Way. Three locations: 500 Cool Springs Boulevard, Suite 120, in Franklin, 4816 Main Street, Suite J, in Spring Hill, and the new one at 7186 Nolensville Road, Suite A, in Nolensville. Kids 12 and under get up to two free kids meals with each adult entree (a Premium Bowl, Sandweech or Large Salad), every day. It's dine-in only, not online orders, and the kids need to be there. It's the easy fallback when a weeknight dinner plan falls apart.
Sunday
CoreLife Eatery, 401B Cool Springs Boulevard, Franklin. Kids 12 and under get one free kids meal with each adult entree, 10:45am to 8pm, in the restaurant.
Otaku Ramen, The Factory at Franklin, 230 Franklin Road. The first Sunday of each month, 5 to 7pm. Kids under 12 get a free kids meal with a purchased adult meal, in person only. The next ones are November 1 and December 6.
Monday
Outback Steakhouse, 8005 Moores Lane, Brentwood. One free kids meal with each full-price adult entree. Ask for the "Free Joey Meal" when you order.
Saladworks and Frutta Bowls, 2838 Duplex Road, Spring Hill. A free kids meal with any adult entree.
Tuesday
Mellow Mushroom, 317 Main Street, Franklin. Kids 10 and under eat free through October 27. Up to two free kids meals with an adult purchase of $15 or more, dine-in. This one ends with October, so catch it while it's running.
BoomBozz, Crossings Circle, Spring Hill. Kids night is Tuesday, 5 to 8pm, with a qualifying adult purchase.
Wednesday
Grecian Family Restaurant & Bakery, 2003 Wall Street, Spring Hill. Kids under 12 eat free from 5 to 8pm with an adult dinner entree. Dine-in only, drinks are extra, and pizza specials and sides don't count.
Uncle Lenny's Country Cafe, 1710 Fairview Boulevard, Fairview. One free kids meal per paid adult meal, 8am to 7pm, dine-in. Since it starts at breakfast, this is the one for a morning out.
Red Robin, Crossings Circle, Spring Hill. Not free, but kids meals are half off with an adult meal on Wednesdays.
Saturday
Ground, 1409 West Main Street, Suite 301, Franklin. Kids 10 and under get one free kids meal for every $15 you spend. Dine-in only.
Before you go
Every deal above was on the restaurant's site or social accounts when I checked in early October. They come and go, though, and a location can drop one without updating its page. If you're counting on it for dinner, a quick call saves a surprise at the register.

Grecian says drinks are extra. The others don't say either way, so ask when you order.

It varies. Ground is 10 and under, Mellow Mushroom is 10 and under, Grecian and Otaku are under 12, and Pita Way and CoreLife are 12 and under.
